VIP offers two types of group strength and conditioning programs: Group Strength and Metabolic Conditioning. To ensure we provide the utmost attention to each of our clients, Group strength sessions are limited to 8 clients. And Metabolic Conditioning sessions are limited to 20 Clients

GROUP STRENGTH

During a Group Strength session, expect to use a mix of equipment – everything from medicine balls and drive sleds to kettlebells and free weights – to tone muscle, improve core stability, increase overall strength, and burn fat. Focused on functional movements and designed in a circuit or superset format, a Group Strength session is one of the most effective ways to change your body for the better and should be your number one priority when training with us.

METABOLIC CONDITIONING

During a Metabolic Conditioning session, expect to get your heart rate up with a mix of core work, plyometrics, agility drills, and more. Using an interval training format, which combines repeated bursts of high-intensity effort with varied recovery times, a Metabolic Conditioning session will help you burn calories, improve aerobic capacity, and keep boredom at bay.
