VIP offers two types of personal training programs: One-on-One and Small Group. Personal training is our most coach-intensive, personalized option and is ideal for individuals of all fitness levels. Whether you’re an athlete, an executive, or a stay-at-home mom, personal training will help you lose weight, build muscle, get (and stay) motivated, and achieve your fitness goals.
Every personal training relationship begins with an assessment to establish your baseline fitness level and talk about your goals. We’ll create a personalized program that takes into account where you are, and from there, we’ll help you get to where you want to be. And because the focus is on your body and your goals – versus that of a larger group – you’ll progress faster and get better results. You’ll also have more flexibility around when you train, since we can work with your schedule.
