VIP offers two types of personal training programs: One-on-One and Small Group. Personal training is our most coach-intensive, personalized option and is ideal for individuals of all fitness levels. Whether you’re an athlete, an executive, or a stay-at-home mom, personal training will help you lose weight, build muscle, get (and stay) motivated, and achieve your fitness goals.

Every personal training relationship begins with an assessment to establish your baseline fitness level and talk about your goals. We’ll create a personalized program that takes into account where you are, and from there, we’ll help you get to where you want to be. And because the focus is on your body and your goals – versus that of a larger group – you’ll progress faster and get better results. You’ll also have more flexibility around when you train, since we can work with your schedule.

Come experience why professional athletes in every major sport trust VIP to ensure they obtain their fitness & performance goals. What we do for them we can do for you.

One-on-One personal training is ideal for anyone with specific fitness goals in mind. It’s great if you’re new to working out and want to learn the ropes or don’t love the idea of working out with a group just yet, you’re coming back from an injury and want the extra attention to ensure you’re rehabbing for the best results, or you’re simply stuck in a rut and need to shake up your workouts and take them to the next level. It’s also the best option for seasoned athletes with sport-specific goals and needs. Whatever your reason for choosing personal training you can expect a program tailored specifically to you.

Small Group personal training sessions (2-4 clients, max) are the perfect setup if you want to train with your friend, spouse, family member, whomever! During a Small Group session, you get the attention and tailoring of a private session but the support of a teammate (or two). So whether you’re motivated by working with or competing against someone else, Small Group personal training has you covered. Plus, recent research shows that moving in synchrony with others can actually increase self-esteem – so working out with a buddy can not only transform your physical health, it can also be a real boost to your mental health as well!
